We’re transparent and up front – nothing hidden. The Sumo Complete Package requires a payment of $99.95 per month for two years. No additional fees are required for any other Sumo package. If you’d like us to build your website using PHP and a Content Management System, we’ll tell you our fee before proceeding. You don’t need to worry about annual license contracts or upgrade fees; once you’ve paid the initial set up fee, you only pay the monthly hosting fee.

Most websites will be up and running between 7 - 21 days, depending on the number of pages, complexity of the design and website, and how quickly you turn around your review of our design. In order to deliver a website quickly, we need to hear back from you quickly!

If you sign up for a logo package, you will typically receive your logo designs within one week.

Of course you can! As long as there is no existing hosting contract remaining.

To host your own site, you’ll need a few things such as:

• Apache 1.x or 2.x
• PHP 4.3 or up
• MySQL 3.23 or up
• At Least 1000MB Disk Storage
• At Least 2500MB in Bandwidth

We take pride in our work, so if something gets hinky on your website, we’ll fix it. As long as you do not modify the website Sumo builds for you, we will fix any bug* or error on the site for the life of the website. *A bug is defined as an error on the website that causes the common functionality (based upon the existing functionality of the site.) to not work properly. These issues may include:

• Unable to upload text and images
• The contact us page is not allow updates
• Code on a page is reporting an error
• Pages not loading properly

If you decide to host your own website, we’ll have you sign an FTP release form, which will state that you are liable for any changes you make to the website. If changes you make affect the functionality of the website, we’ll let you know our fee to make corrections, and you’ll have voided our lifetime warranty for support on your website.

Of course you can update your own website. However, content updates are included with every Sumo Complete Package, so we’re happy to do that for you. Simply email us and we will have your site updated within 24 hours. If you'd like to make updates yourself, you may elect to choose our Content Management System (CMS) package. The "CMS" allows even novice web users to make updates to the site through a web browser.

Yes we do! In fact, we have an entire department dedicated solely to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. For every website we build, we submit your URL (i.e. www.yourwebsite.com) to the major search engines. However, getting ranked requires a lot of time and sustained effort.

That’s why we offer several SEO and/or PPC packages. You will be prompted to add one of these packages at check out.
